Author's Comments

This wasn't meant to mean anything at all but as usual it ended up with undertones of my Dougie Payne obsession, specifically hero-worship of Kelly Macdonald for 'getting the Dougness for herself' - the lines 'Your playthings', 'North London fantasies' and 'Wish I were you'

*Must try harder to write about more interesting things*

Great job I like it... now to another random deviation in your gallery!

Crap! I did it again ... I read the poem, had my own interpretation fresh in my mind, read your description, and discovered you didn't mean anything like that.

Damn you over active imagination.
Damn you to hell.

Well, since I had an idea, which doesn't happen often, I'm sharing, and there's nothing you can do about it.

When I read it, it just seemed like I feel sometimes. You spoke of times past, revolutions, simple playthings, trees and holidays, and dances, and other things. I just thought perhaps you, like me, sometimes envy the people of the past. When things were simpler and more pure. When it wasn't the ADHD confusing corrupt world we live in now.

However, you meant it to be random.

So please try to forget I spoke at all.
